It is the mission of Schoharie County Arts to broaden and enrich the quality of life in Schoharie County by developing and strengthening the arts through promoting cultural and arts-related activities, educating the public, advancing individual artists and arts organizations, and utilizing arts-related technology while contributing to the cultural and economic growth in the County.

Christina Hanks, Treasurer
Christina is President of the Board of Trustees of the Iroquois Museum in Howes Cave. She works with board and staff to fulfill the Museums mission focused on present day contributions of creative Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) and to lessen prejudice and stereotypes of Native people. She joined SCA to help showcase and promote the variety of artists and performers in Schoharie County. |
Catherine Adams
Catherine came to Schoharie County to attend SUNY Cobleskill and stayed to teach elementary Education at the Radez School in Richmondville for 35 years. Upon retirement, Cathy earned a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Fundraising School and has worked with several not-for-profit organizations in the county. An avid genealogist, Cathy has “dabbled in the arts over the years.” |
Anthony Leberto
Food has been Anthony’s passion since childhood and - with his background as a pastry chef, wedding cake designer, restaurant chef and manager, food stylist and positions with numerous hospitality companies - there’s very little in the food world that Anthony hasn’t done. His eye for form, color, and design, led him to food styling and work for editorial and advertising clients. Anthony currently operates Brimstone Bakery in Sharon Springs, and he believes art is vital to spiritual, personal, and community growth. |
Jen Patterson
Jen is a seasoned newspaper journalist and multimedia content producer. Jen is a freelance reporter at the Albany Times Union and The Mountain Eagle skilled in journalism, content writing, editing, marketing communications, social media marketing, and web content development. Jen launched the Times Union’s Capital Region Gives weekly column and corresponding blog, which highlight local nonprofits, volunteerism, and philanthropy. |
Lynette Moore-Witte
Lynette has over 16 years nonprofit experience and currently is the Executive and Development Coordinator as well as the Events Manager at Fenimore Art Museum and Fenimore Farm. Beyond her work at the museums, she is the Board President of the Cooperstown Chamber of Commerce, where she is dedicated to fostering local businesses and community development. Passionate about the arts, Lynette finds inspiration in the region's rich culture and the many talented artists who contribute to it. |
